The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Art Contest Results:
This is the second year that PVHS art students have participated in the Junior American Citizens nationally sponsored poster contest under the direction of PVHS art teacher Crystal Dabrowski. This year's theme was the 200th anniversary of the Santa Fe Trail.
To be selected national winners, posters are selected by the local chapter, then by the state society, and followed by the Southwestern Division (7 western states). Each of the following students were selected as 1st place winner for grades 9 through 12. Their national standing is listed below.
